The talk on Explainable AI by Hersh Shefrin in Turin 2019 addressed an audience of psychologists, economists and educators with a common scope, that of promoting Bounded Rationality in its different aspectsd across fields.

PRMIA (Professional Risk Managers International Association) has now published a paper mainly based on that talk, on Explainable AI tools for Managers and their decision making under risk and uncertainty. This enhances the perspective of the Turin talk and can be extremely useful as a reference and guide.
